Anyone used/owned this ballhead? As you can see this is ideal for those who have the lens plate from the Manfrotto 393 Gimbal head, 557B Video Monopod and 526 Fluid Video Head.

Will be using this with a Canon 1-series body and a 200/2L IS or 300/2.8L IS lens either setuph weighs about 4 kilograms.

Or should I go with a arca swiss-type ballhead like the Z1? I have one extra arca-type plate but would like to use the earlier Manfrotto gear as it is easier to get here in the Philippines.
