I posted one of these guys a little while back. Not the same bird, but taken in the same nature reserve, close to my house.

Nice looking bird Stuart. I like the bg with the varied and soft colours; it seems to work well for me with the bird. I like the composition, and the placement of the bird seems natural; I just wonder if having the bird on the left side would add anything.

Stuart, I remember your other post. This is a nice composition also. Details look good and I like the HA. Beautiful BG colors.

I like this one, light, perch, Comp and BG.
A slight less head turn would be better.

Great BG Stu. Love the diagonally ascending perch as well. I think the bird is perfectly positioned with a perfect HA.

Nice BG, sharpness and perch. I would give it more room at the right so that the perch does not come out of the corner. I would tone down the perch and whites of the bird.

The comp works well Stu. I may be tempted to take a bit off the bottom? Ditto tonoing down the whites.
