This is My first post here in Avian forum .. i'm not sure about the Species but i think this is a Cetti's warbler ..captured in NW of iran

Although I'm finding the bird small in the frame I'm enjoying the garden setting you photographed it in. Perfect pose - I like the crossed primaries. I do find the BG, especially the OOF plant directly in front of the bird, a bit busy.
I agree - a tighter crop removing the OOF bottom but leaving the nice background I think would improve the image. The lighting and colours are really nice
The bird is very nice (pose, detail both very good). I agree with Daniel that the garden setting is pleasing. If it were mine I might crop a bit oFf the left (up to the flower about a third in) and some off the right ( up to the clump of flowers under the rear of the bird. If it is within our ethics I might see how the image is effected my removing the out of focus plant in front of the bird. Thanks for sharing.
Love the nice comp, pose, detail and perch, species is nice as well as sharpness and color. If you can, try to brighten the shadowed ares in the BG, I am sure this will improve the BG a lot.
