I'm liking this one. Good view of talons grabbing hold of the perch - and I like the fact the eagle is placed at the top of the perch. Something below has got its attention! If anyhting I'd see if there is some more detail to pull from the darker areas.

His pose certainly has him inquisitive. Overall this is nice and sharp, and I like the light and detail. If anything, I would maybe take a bit off the top. I envy you guys with boats. It allows you to get closer, rather than shooting from a bank.

I really like the pose of this juvenile looking down from atop its perch. Nice details too. Pushing the exposure a little more to the right would have helped bring out a bit more detail in the darks, but I don't find the lack of detail in your photo to be a big issue.

What a nice pose captured here Brian. The detail looks very good to me. Well done on this one.

Agreed -- it's the pose that makes this shot so interesting. It raises this image beyond a mere "bird on a stick". The simplicity of the perch and background further help draw attention to the bird and its inquisitive posture. Very nice.

looks she's trying to get the feather off her claws. Excellent composition, I really love the perch. Feather detail is exceptional TFS
