    Nice low angle, exposure, and behavior. I would have placed the bird on the other side of the frame, and also might give it more room on top.

    Interesting preening pose...looks like a tough spot it's trying to reach! The kink in the neck looks a little awkward - but it does add to seemingly difficult reach :-) I'm finding the crop a little tight, and would have loved it if you had pointed your lens slightly higher and right.

    Michael, Very nice pose and details look good. I like the exposure also. Agree a bit tight on top. Nice low angle.

    Beautiful light and the HA makes this work for me. Sharpness also tops. I agree on giving the bird a bit more room, and I would turn the image around (?).
