Didn't see the eye to eye action until I put this on the computer. I was wondering about the crop .... too close. I always shoot in RAW+L

    That is one hungry Heron!!!

Wish you were positioned a bit more to the left.

How cool to see the fish' eye inside the mouth. I would loose the partial leg and add more to the top if you have it.

Big welcome to BPN!! Hope to be able to help you become a better photographer :)

Right outside my lanai door in N Ft Myers, FL I am not usally able to position myself because the birds are spooked by much movement. So I have to take the shot I have and hope it turns out.

Very nice behavior shot. I agree with Fabs' comments. Please take a moment to read the guidelines. You can post only one image every 24 hours.

Its just amazing what these guys will wolf down!

Its a very cool image. If it were mone though I would crop it from the bottom and right to just above where the birds leg is and then perhaps a touch off the top too.

Nice action, but a little underexposed. I have to mention your avatar has a huge white outline around the bird which isn't too flattering to the picture.
