    Default Summer Morning Rest

I liked the simplicity of this one. 40D, 400DO + 2xTC, f11, 1/800s, ISO 400, -1/3 EC, tripod, MLU, cable release, removed a couple of stalks of grass from the face, full frame.

Like your comp and placement Steve. Enough detail in the bg to suggest the endless grasses of the prairies.

Hi Steve. I too like the simplicity and feel of this one. This is an outstanding specimen of a pronghorn. The pose and sharpness are excellent. I like the comp as presented, but might be tempted to take a little more off the right as an alternative. You might consider trying to selectively lighten the dark shadow on his back. Well done.

Nice image Steve. I like the light and the fact you can see a lot of the grassland environment.
