Your image is sharp, well exposed whites,good timing, pose, composition.
There is just a tiny bit of color noise in the BG, and maybe some sensor dust spots ( in front of the bill, and also straight down from the tip of the bill, ab it above the bottom of the frame.) Always hard to be sure in the water, but looks suspicious.
The blacks in the legs are blocked up, and perhaps can be brought back with a bit of shadow recovery.
I like the head angle, captured moment, sharpness and the whites look very good. I agree with Randy and would try to get more details in the blacks of the legs.
I'd really prefer a lower angle, I realize its not always possible, but its something that might set the image up for better viewer feel when its more on the "eye-level" .
