    Denise:

Very nice. Low angle, open bill, great use of DOF, nice to see entire bird sharp, well exposed. Legs and bill both look good, easy to overdo them.

    Cheers

Sweet sweet light Denise, and I like the angle. The exposure looks good, and the early morning light has given you lovely warm colours. Well timed to capture the open beak too.

Love this Denise, great low angle, good pose with open beak, nice catch-light. DOF is just about perfect. Maybe you could add a little more saturation to the beak - always personal taste though.

Now that's a sharp image of an Oystercatcher Denise! The body and head angle are great, love the eye contact, and the blacks and whites look good on my monitor (although the white patch looks on the edge).

    Hi Denise.
I like the low angle, colour and light. well exposed to show some detail in the dark feathers.
My only suggestion would be to clean up the bill a tad.
