    This cuckoo lobbed into the reed beds while I was chasing some reed-warblers. It caused quite a kerfuffle and was harrassed by the warblers and a Little Grassbird

    Must've been a pleasant surprise Rob as these birds are generally hard to get up in the foliage. Pity it landed right beside that tuft though but a lovely shot none-the-less.

    Good capture Rob. I like the detail and the comp.
    Bird could be just a tad oversharpened?
    First time that I have seen the word "kerfuffle" used outside SA.

    A real beauty of a catch ,tack sharp,and the little tuft on his perch just shows that he is in a really natural enviroment
