Very good light, nice exposure, sharp with lots of details. Look likes the duck going to fall over from behind any time soon. The reflection on the black feathers look like a glass.

    Hi Jeff,
I like your subject and the capture, she looks relaxed...a few points to consider...I adjusted your image to make it pop a little. I removed the red color cast that you had, the duck and overall exposure was on the pink side, also adjusted the saturation and contrast level a tad. I also adjusted the mid-tones and the black point, I gave it a low level pass of noise reduction. For your next one, try to get lower because your capture angle is a little bit too steep, and also closer to your subject...looking forward to your next one...

Hi Jeff, What time of day was this taken? Do you have an idea what might have caused the reddish color cast identified by Gus? Also, is this one of your Life in the Lot images?

I was playing with w/b and have reposted below with the w/b adjusted to as shot with minor tweaks. Adding cloudy w/b is a neat affect but caused the pinkish overcast on the original post.

    Default Repost, changing White Balance

I changed the white balance from as-shot to cloudy to add some punch but it caused the over cast. I changed it back to as shot and added a little warmth.

Hi - agree with Gus 100%, Your last repost still lacks a little contrast for my Tastes, Gus's repost was on the money - IMHO.
    Keep em coming :)

Thanks, it was the w/b selection that made the difference in the OP, I used cloudy then change to as-is with some help from Gus.
