    A good job considering the super tough conditions you had to deal with. I like the pose of the bird and the leave shapes.

    The crop is too close for me, as is the high contrast and problem highlights.

    I like the alert pose and eye contact and agree that it is too tight in the frame. It would have been good to have the plumage more evenly lit. That way the bright blossoms wouldn't appear as dominant as they are now.
