Added light rays to this sunflower in PS to make it look like it's shining with light. I also used a variety of hue/saturation and curves adjustments. For those who might be interested, here's process I used for the light rays:

    1) Duplicate image layer
    2) Apply Image > Adjustments > Threshold > usually about 100
    3) Apply Filter > Radial Blur > Amount = 100%, Blur method = zoom, adjust blur center to where you want the light to come from
    4) Repeat blur if desired
    5) Set layer mode to screen and adjust opacity as desired

    Any C&C are welcome!

Christopher, You made the flower glow and I like it!! Your placement of the subject is also well handled. For my eye I would prefer the right leaf to be as clean as the left. However, you created a very creative and pleasing image!!

Christopher, I like the way you made the flower seem to "shine" I think the color and lighting are very nice. But you used just enough blur-very nicely done!Thankyou for including your workflow. I agree w/ Dave about the leaf.

Thanks everyone! Dave, the right leaf was because of a wire fence that was in front. I tried cleaning up the leaf a bit. Let me know what you think.
