i just switched to cs 4.tried to download to web for image to your site.all the sliders are confusing do not know how to dec kb size with new format help which slider do i use? prev with cs 3 no problem help

Stuart,

Go to save for web and pull down the little menu to your top right. You'll get a box asking the size. Enter 199 kb and OK it. Next time, choose the same little menu and choose optimize to file size, the box will remember the size you want.
Make sure the sRGB box is checked.
