    Well done Arash,
I like the composition, image and capture, you have a sharp eye and fine sharp details...the color rendition is good...the head angle is almost there, would adjust slightly CCW rotation, and you might want to tone down and blur the dark horizontal line going through the bird's head...aside from this, love it...

Sweet light on that bird !! Love bg and overall detail !! If you want to get supper critical would lighten the head area just a bit !!! One of the better feather "looks" for this species I've seen in a while !!! Love it !!!

Sharp eye with good details. Love the droplets around the head, but what I like most is the bubble around the birds in the water, never see that before, what are those caused by? Agree about trying to blur the line going through the head.

Thanks guys, the bubbles are from a body foam formed on the surface of the water due to water filtering and recycle at a close by facility on the bay, fortunately it is harmless to the environment and species. I get close by hiding behind bushes trying to approach them when they are fishing, so they get less distracted. I don't use a hide but I have camouflaged clothes and gear, maybe a behavioral expert can tell if it makes a difference or not? :D

Yes, now I remember you hide and catch them when they are fishing, nice work and a great photographs. I am going out tomorrow morning to see if I can catch a few from the shore. No place to hide, using the 400MM and hoping for a lucky break - talk to you soon.
