Theme - Light - From The Distant Night

This is a modification of one of the best night images. Sometimes they work out. It was a dark night in the country as Hale-Bopp Comet crossed the sky.

Modifications included Ink Outline, Bas Relief, Color Adjustment of hightlight, shadow and midtone areas with Color Variations and Colored Spotligth.
