The trip to Norway last summer brought us a lot of claudy and dark weather bud there where some photographic chances. Thsi puffin was one of them. But I am verry happy with my photojourney to South Africa nest February......shoul be fun again:D

Hi Alexander,
I normally like tight crops......but just a hair more on the bottom if you have it! You have to love the way digital brought out the details in the blacks.....this was always a challenge with film.....but the overcast definitely helped!! Great BG and it's always nice to see the detail in the eye! So before the HA police get you.....a slight turn forward would put this over the top! All in all, nicely done!

Sweet shot of a beautiful bird. I would like a bit more light on the head. Maybe just a small amount of fill would help in the very cloudy conditions.

Lovely light, exposure, and BG. Wish for a bit more of a head turn, and would selectively brighten, and sharpen the head.
