Beautiful light and interesting action.
Skimmers will be skimmers ;) Love the OOF colony and would blur the two sharp spots in left and center.

Wish they didn't overlap so much, does give you a good feel for the colony. Really like the in focus beak in the crowd.

Lou, the fact that they do overlap is exactly what I liked. I have plenty that don't, but I felt this gave a whole different feeling. Perhaps it didn't! :)

Grace, Beautiful details in the wings and I understand why you chose this one w/ the overlap-it goes well with the scene. I agree w/ Fabs regarding the 2 blur spots. Very nicely done and the lighting rocks!

Agree with the others here. Love the light, interaction, and exposure. I wish the front birds were sharper, but that wasn't really possible

I love the effect with the OOF birds in the foreground, it gives depth to the image and tells a story.
I only wish for some eye definition. I like the way the bird are facing away from each other and this makes the interesting comp and crop work so well.
