    Default Bald Eagle

I just upgraded my Mac to Snow Leopard and thought I'd do a little hard disk housekeeping. I've deleted well over 1000 images but came across some previously unprocessed images that I liked. Here's a Bald Eagle from the winter of 2008.

    Doug,

Must've been a spectacular sight, and to capture it so well a very rare treat indeed. I'm glad you dug this one up to share. Eye is pin sharp. Do you remember the time of day?

Hi Doug, you couldnt have asked for a better angle. Full wingspread showing great detail from the underwings, and overall, nice and sharp. Great capture.

Sweet light, pose, and underwing detail. I might sharpen the head a tad more, but I would love to have this one in my files.

I can see why this one did not go to computer heaven.
I like the detail below the wings and the eye looks great.
    Super comp and angle.
You used a tripod and remembered it, must have been some occasion?:D
