    Hi Gary, This is so pretty...the yellow against the gray bg is very peaceful and the flowers effectively give it a 3d look, nice feather detail, too. It looks like there might be a slight sharpening halo? Are you returning to Costa Rica with Doug and Greg in April?

    Beautiful bird. I feel that the background is too powerful for this little one with the head in the shade..

    I like the pose and the detail you captured. The head being in the shadow is minus for me. This may have been an idea situation to use fill-flash. I also think the image would have been presented better if the flowers had not been past their prime.
