Hi Oz - like the in your face crop and the intense stare.

Could just be my eyes - does it look a little soft?? Might give it a bit of a contrast boost as well, just needs a bit more punch - IMHO.
    Good show ;)

Hi Oscar I think the slow shutter speed got to you a bit here !!! Might consider going to 800 then cleaning up or lock down the head while shooting.

For slow shutter speeds I will lock down the two knobs and push with my cheek on the back of camera while pushing up on the front of the lens. With moving tigers is sort of difficult so I usually take a few .... or raise the ISO for safety !!

Great in your face image Like the tight crop a lot !!!! Big Congrats !!!

Hi Oscar. I remembered you had a few tiger images last year as well, so I took a look at your website. This image is much more dynamic IMO than the ones from a year ago. Not that the ones from last year weren't well done, but this one is a real step forward. I also sense that this is a more 'natural' pose - less like a zoo animal.
Just a little aside: the tiger actually isn't looking right at us but just a hair to the viewer's right. Are you also a hair above the face?
    Looking forward to more
    Cheers

Oz, I love the close up in your face image. It does look a little soft to me as well. Maybe up the ISO and the aperture a wee bit. Looking forward to the next one, but I want you to get that up close feel with the 14mm. hehehe......

Nice close-up Oscar. I like your crop. I might sharpen the eyes a wee bit.

oscar...Nice closeup of a beautiful animal. I agree with others that the eyes need some sharpening but otherwise outstanding!

Nice close up, agree with the techs mentioned above. The open mouth is a plus for me.
