    Default Yosemite Landscape Reworked

    I took the picture from my last post and put it through Photomatix tone-mapping and left the sky in this time because I thought it turned out more interesting. Is this an improvement over the last one?

    Hey Jackie,
    much, much, better! Sky looks great now and it looks VG all around! Very nice job on the re-work!!!

    Jackie,

    I didn't see the original though I like this image. The sky is of the quality one you could die for and the composition is beautiful. :) You might want to consider adding a touch more contrast to the overall image as it looks to me to be a bit flat. I used the curves tool, anchored the middle and dragged the lower half just slightly downward and I felt it added a bit more impact.

    Richard I have been having problems with my monitor calibration, but think it all is back to normal now. Thanks for checking in, I will have another look.
