It was a great feeling to be able to photograph these birds at the Caribbean, since they are so different than those we have in Europe.This picture was taken after sunrise at Rio Lagartos. Comments are welcome.
I agree with you Lorant, our spoonies are not as beautiful like the american species. I like the balance between the soft pink and the grey color of the background (I think that grey and pink works really well together). Exposure looks very good and I like a lot that amazing ruby color in the eye. I would run a round of noise reduction to the background. Great capture
You did everything right and I like the BKGR. I am OK with the whites and I would prefer the wings in the full downstroke. The biggest problem is that the bird is on the ratty side.
