    Default No Wake Area

This Skimmer seemed to enjoy the water flowing over its back as it skimmed the surface. I know we are supposed to leave room for the bird to fly into , but I composed this way as I didn't want to lose the wake and trail created my the action of the Skimmer. Interested to know it you think it works.

The composition works for me, the light is great, too. What lens and camera did you use?

Perfect capture, Joe...that over-the-back splash is something I have not seen photographed before. Great job.

Well timed Joe, and I like the effect of the water over his back. Well captured.

    Hey Joe,
Really shows the splash off nicely! I like the crop as presented because of the splash! I wonder if they are bathing when they do that? You guys and gals had some killer light!
