    The light highlights the bird's profilfe very nicely. Beautiful details on the feathers too. The only thing bothering me is the water, it seems to have a harshness to it.

    I like the eye contact, sharpness and pose and wish for a lower angle.

    The light is a bit harsh for my taste and the background a litle bit distracting becaus of the dark green stuff. I like the head angle and eye contact a lot and, of course, the detailed texture of the feathers at the base of the neck :-)

    Hey Michael,
    Agree about the light....a little lower and it would have opened up the underside more .....as for the BG..... you can't always get totally clean ones so handled about as well as you could at f6.3......by going to 5.6 or 4 may have improved that a bit.....but you may have sacrificed too much detail in the spoonie......very nice pose and tack sharp.
