    Denise,
Beautiful low angle shot with nice detail. There appears to be a slight magenta cast on my monitor although that may be due to the light at daybreak.

Art, Thanks. It was from the light -I actually toned it down considerably-if you think I should take more out please let me know.

Lovely morning light showcases your subject perfectly. I like your composition, but you know, I like room!

    Hi Denise,
I love the crop - plenty of room for me!!! I also love the early morning light and the feather detail.
    Best,

    Hi Denise,

Love the low angle, great morning light with a beautiful catch light. As you mentioned, I would go for a tighter crop (top and left). I see some tiny noise on the BG ..but maybe it's just me...love it...

Hey Denise, sweet light, and once again, well exposed. I like the preening pose, and if anything, I would take half off the top.

I would crop just a bit from the top Deniss but I like the compositions with lots of room at one of the sides. The shooting angle and preening action is just fantastic and love the nice light. Oystercatchers are really skittish in the south of Spain and I am so envious... :-)
