I posted this image in avian a week or so ago. Fairly HK as it was, just tweaked it a little more.

Hi Akos, I like your subject and the HK effect. If this were mine I would crop some off the top. Even though the subject is holding 2 branches I find their crisscrossing and double merge somewhat distracting...
Akos, I remember this post from Avian. Glad you took care of the shadow line going down the side of the bird. If I remember correctly the original image of the Kestrel was fairly HK to start with. Maybe you could use a layer mask and add some details back in. As presented I would tone down some of the blown highlights and take a bit off the top. Nicely done.
lovely HK here Akosbhai

Oh yeah, this is nice my friend! Love the HK look and the grip that bird has on those branches. Sweet!

Very nice HK image, Akos. Like the pose! I would like to see a little more detail in the bird. Not much, just a little more. Well done :)
Akos, I loved the original and this is terrific too. Always look forward to seeing your photographs.
I like this is as HK, Akos! Very nice composition. Maybe a little more detail would help, but I do like the effect as is.
Akos, I like the effect, well done. The darker feathers maintain a depth that really makes this work as HK.
very very nice....agree that just a hint more detail would support the image better.
