    Still working with the Carolina Wrens at a local preserve. Wasn't in love with yesterdays perch so set up a different one today. I think it works much better.

    Good job Joe, I like this one! Your rock makes a perfect perch and the BG is nice and soft. The viewer has good eye contact with the bird and the tail makes a nice leading line. Your color balance on the rock seems a little off, too yellow.

    Perhaps some croping at the top would produce a better composition. The background, perch and pose of the bird are really good to me. terrific eye and love the soft light :-)
