I made this image about 18 months ago by wading into the Gulf of Mexico (near Little Estero Lagoon) at sunset so the light would be at my back.

Very nice light. It is very tight in the frame in my opinion and could use another round of sharpening.

Lovely light and interesting pose with the water droplets! I prefer a looser composition with more space all round, although it is a great feeling when birds get too close to fit in the frame :)

Great light and posture on the bird. As mentioned, more room at the top and left/right would have been good. The cropping at the bottom works for me.

Welcome, Rob. I like the light and droplets. It's too tight in the frame for me, too. Overall it could go a bit brighter.

Nice capyure. For me though its really big in the frame.

    Cheers!

Beautiful light, nice low angle but much too tight in the frame for my tastes.
