I think she could go much brighter. You could duplicate this layer and play with the dodge/burn tools to selectively highlight and darken areas. What do you think? Like I said, I am no HK spokesperson. I like this though thus far. A little more tweaking and you are on a roll Harshadbhai. :)

Beautiful portrait either way, Harshad. I don't know enough about HK to give you any advise there. I think the composition works well, even if tight in the frame.
Hi Harshad, Nice portrait of a lovely young lady. As a portrait I prefer your first post. HK has a number of definitions as Denise pointed out. Not quite sure if this meets the criteria.
