I just got back from 5 days in Utah, where I got some great photo opportunities. I hope to share some of my pics with BPN in the coming weeks. Here's a female Northern Harrier having a little lunch.

Great shot! I agree with the previous comments to take a bit off the top, though I don't think that's absolutely necessary. I love the detail and the lighting and the fact that the bird seems to be looking right at the viewer and daring him/her to mess with the fish.....
Perfect for photo buyers; a crop from the top for the wall. So sharp and bright, great fish, wonderful image design. Nice pose and nice ice crystals. What's not to love? Where was this image made?

Artie, I was out of the car and the harriers let me get very close. It was the best couple of days of harrier photography that I've ever had. I guess they were hungry. Photos were taken near Layton, UT. I'll be posting more in the coming weeks once I sort through everything.
