    Not really macro, (these barnacles are big!) but I was going to post it to this forum anyway.
    Canon 50D
    EF70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM at 200mm
    ISO 400
    f/16 @ 1/8s.
    Polarizer
    Evaluative metering -1.0, to keep blacks black and prevent blown-out spots on the shells.
    Suggestions for improvement always welcome.

    Hi Stephen,
    I like the repeated pattern and the texture displayed, I would like to see a tad more contrast and a slight boost in saturation...go ahead and apply these adjustments and repost the image, I would like to see the final production...:):cool:

    Hi Stephen

    Great suggestions The one thing I can think off for improvement is better light !!! A small diffuser can be used and will make a difference !!! Well thought out image !!!
