Default Assignment: Macro - Orange Droplets

Dewdrops on a calendula flower. I wish I hadn't ended up with the shadow in the LRC, but unfortunately when shooting macro with a P&S camera shadow is sometimes unavoidable. Any C&C are welcome!

I like the dewdrops, dof and composition. Color looks fine to me. Would clone out two oof bright spots. Agree about the shadow in LRC.

Thanks Ovidiu and Al! Appreciate the advice. Does this crop look good? I also cloned out the two spots mentioned.

I agree with Jackie, repost is better. Closer focus on subject makes the difference and excellent water drops. The use of tone and shadow in each drop gives it definition and texture, nice use of light Chris.

    Hi Chris,
You did well here...I like the selective point of focus and the depth of field...the color rendition is good and the repost with the crop rocks...good show...
