Default Theme: Color Shift - Lotus

I started out with Topaz Adjust, Psychedelic, then a gradient map layer, then slight plastic wrap, then diffuse glow,
and then sharpened to get a little bit more edge. (I finally remembered to write down what I was doing).;) I thought it ended up with an oriental feel to it.:)

    Comments and suggestions appreciated.

Hi Cheryl, You got a fascinating effect here! I like the the background color and the texture. The lotus itself stands out very well. Excellent pp and thanks for sharing the steps.

Thanks, Indranil - I finally remembered to write it all down while I was doing it. I usually get so wrapped up in
it that I couldn't recreate it if I had to.:p

Cheryl, Good job keeping track of the effects! Not always easy to do. I love the color combo and the overall look to the image very much. I wish the lotus pod at the bottom were completely in the frame. Might take a sliver off the top.Stunning effect Cheryl!!

Hi Cheryl, Very different and interesting effect. To me it has an old world look to it. Agree with Denise's comments and like it's creativity.

Really nice job with the tonal effects, Cheryl. I think I agree with Denise about cropping some off the top.

Excellent stuff Cheryl. I never bother to write down, so thank you for that. I am male and forget after two steps what I have done. :D

This does have an oriental feel indeed. Thanks for sharing. Love the colors. :)
