The Snowy Egret was probably one of the first bird species that I photographed some 4 years ago when I got
involved with digital photography. To this day I still find them to be an interesting subject to shoot quite easily
to predict in flight and standout nicely against a good background.:)

    Thanks For Looking

Hi Jim. Looks like you have mastered them well. The whites offer exquisite detail and the bg is clean as a whistle. Tack sharp and lovely wing position.

Only the wing position could be stronger IMO, but everything else is rock solid. Perhaps a bit more sharpening to the face.

One very well exposed image. Just my taste but I would like just a touch more room in front.

Fantastic snowy image. Well exposed and the magic color of the BG gives it a good effect.

Nice exposure. Whites all look great and it does stand out well against the background. Nicely done. The wing position is OK, but not optimal as noted.

The light is wonderful! The exposure is superb and the BG is clean and compliments the egret.

Light and BG are exceptional, agree that it needs a stronger wing position.

Super BG, excellent exposure and with the exception of a tad more sharpening perhaps on the head, the detail is just right.

Fantastic background and nice details in the white. Higher wing position has been mentioned. Other than that I feel like the head is just a tad pointing away from you. Congrats. JR
