    Hi Bill, The effect well handled along with the comp and nicely muted color.The dragonfly adds greatly to images interest. Would have liked to seen the bird shot at a lower angle...

    Thanks Dave! I like lower angles as well, and often shoot that way, however IMO I find no reason why they should all be that way. Other angles have advantages too, especially compositionaly. regards~Bill

    Bill, Beautiful details and the DF is a nice bonus. I agree you both make good points about the angle. I love the details in the pad and the inclusion of his feet which may not have been visible from a lower angle. Well done.

    This is excellent, Bill. I love the effect and works very well with the green heron. I also like the colors and the transition from the leaf to the feet. Well done.

    THe feet grabbed me straight away. IT looks really good mate. :) Love the catch too.
