    ISO 400, F10, 1/800

    manual, incident light metering.

    Taken in the Falkland Islands in february this year (I have only just got round to processing them).

    The beak and legs really are as bright as in the image.

    Interesting to see such red bill and legs. I like the walking pose and slightly tilted head. You may wish to crop off a bit off the top, and I would tone down some of the whites. The eye seems a bit soft as presented and would benefit from selective sharpening. This is a new species for me, thanks for sharing!

    Agree to tone down some of the whites,otherwise beautiful pose,head angle!

    Cool bird, I like the walking pose, angle and eye contact. I would make the image a bit darker, maybe by adjusting the midtones.

    I would tone down whites otherwise wonderful image.

    Very nice record image indeed. Nice HA and as mentioned about the whites. Tighter crop is a great suggestion.
