    Image captured on an overcast afternoon in the Okavango delta.
    BG is cloud cover.
    I am heading for the Kalahari tomorrow so I will be away for a week or so.

    Excellent exposure on both the blacks of the wings, and the white of the chest. I like the gliding posture, and there is enough to separate the head from the outer wing. Overall sharp, and I like the hint of cloud colour ULC. Well captured.

    I like the light, sharpness, eye contact and the BG adds to it. I only wish the near wing were a bit further down. There are some artifacts in the lower right, maybe due to jpg conversion.

    I'm only missing the tail, buty otherwise nice image. I like the head tilted slightly upwards. I'm seeing a small hint of very faint clouds in UL and LR that might be interesting to explore opening up more...

    Dave, the image truly does justice to the beauty of this bird and its striking coloration. The soft light made it possible to bring out details in the light and dark areas. Well done!
