    Default Juvenile skimmer skimming

A strong south wind and a rising high tide created a wonderful pool on the beach which the birds enjoyed. Tough conditions for photography but my trusty mk2n was up to the task and I got a few that I like. Met Artie and his IPT, always nice to see fellow BPN'ers.

I like this very much, haven't seen a juvy in this flight position before. The curved water trail behind the bird is really cool, so I don't mind that the bird is heading out of the frame at all. Excellent capture.

    Hi Grace
This is very cool action indeed. I also like the curved water trail! That looks really neat indeed. I would still, however, prefer a bit more room ahead. But perhaps that is just me.

Great seeing you guys. I love the curved wake also. Lots of blast-offs tonight and one peregrine.

The curve is just perfect, like it a lot. Also the texture on the water is very nice too.
    Thanks for sharing.

Too good a freeze, loved the wing angle and the line created by the skimming adds a lot here, a little more room in front should add a bit to the frame... congrats...

The curve pattern in the water makes this one for me. I also like the wing position and sharpness and would tone down the highlights a bit more.

I love how the water trail is fading into the background. Sweet Shot Grace....
