that's a beautiful scene, adrian. i think you were under exposed a little. you were -0.3EV and i think you should have been +0.3 or +0.7EV. you can recover that in post processing without much loss but better to get right in camera. i love that backlit bf. would only crop some off the bottom and left.

i think this might have been a time where some soft flash fill would have helped.

    Hi Adrian,
I like the capture...agree with Doctor Davis on the techs. would also add that in addition to the slight crop from the bottom, I would take a little from the left side of the frame...looking forward to your next one...

Like this a lot - agree with MR H on the techs. Would crop some form the LHS.
    Keep them coming :)

Hi Adrian Like it a lot Great suggestions and agree

For this type you might want to have positive compensation, most time light is from the back will be the case. Here ideally you also want to use some fill flash if possible !!!

I was shooting flowers...and then, this little guy landed on the flowers next to me...Did not had the time to change any settings, because I've had only got the chance for one picture of him...But, with your suggestions, next time I will get a better exposure...Thank you all!!!
I will post later a cropped version...
