    Spoonbill at my favorite pond. Sidelit showing the back.
    Canon 40D, 100-400L @400mm
    AV mode, 1/1600, f/5.6, -33 EV, ISO 500, 76am, Center point af.

    Can someone tell how I get email notifications.

    Nice head turn back, dramatic BG, and color. I love that eye. The sidelight works OK here. I'm not sure about the OOF vegetation at the bottom...

    Beautiful capture. Love the one legged pose, head angle, background. Nothing I would change.

    Nice image but light appears a little bit harsh. Great HA and I don't mind the OOF vegetation at the bottom. A little lower angle would be better IMHO. But it wasn't possible here. :)

    To receive Reply Notifications first go to your Control Panel (User CP). Then, in the left-hand colum, click on Eidt Options. The second item is titled Messaging and Notification. Near the middle of that box, you will see this:

    Default Thread Subscription Mode

    When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

    Then save your settings. :)

    Although ait harsh, the light has shown up the colours nicely, as well as the eye. I dont mind the OOF grasses at the bottom, but would run a round of NR on the BG.
