in the Oaxacan Coast (Mexico) I get this pictures. I don't know which nectar it gets on its bill.
Mark III, canon 300 F2,8, conv 1,4 Handled, flash 580 Ex.
Exp: 1250
ISO: 320
F: 4,5
Manual exposure
flash in High speed.
Opened and first prepared with Digital Image, and final processed with Photoshop element 2.
Beautiful little bird. Good exposure and nice pose and eye contact and you have good detail and sharpness and nice clean BG. Shooting angle is a little low IMO and I'd prefer a normal (6x4 and equivalent) crop. Nice to see you posting again. This is 500pixels on the long side....can you post bigger please to be able to see the image better? Keep them coming....and viva Mexico :-).

I agree with Lóránt about angle of view and small size. Otherwise, the image has a lot of potential, pose is good, head angle almost adequate and the nectar on its bill is sweet. :D
