Shot this at Longwood Gardens yesterday and had a great time with Denise Ippolito, Michael Zajac and Roman K.
Lotta laughs with alot to shoot. Nice combo!
After looking at this I was wondering how many folks would know what this is? Opinions also please...

All I can guess is that this is some leaf :)
But love those bands of colours. Nice details of veins and texture.

Dave, Really nice layers of color. I know what it is but will let others guess. Nicely seen.
We did have a good time and I look forward to our next outing! Maybe Jules will join us?

Since the bottom of the frame looks like water I think Roy might be right. Nice use of lines and color.

Well seen, Dave and man, don't think I'm not tempted to come up there! Seeing as I just blew the vacation money on a trip to Michigan and then spent $900 to fix the a/c - I think it might be awhile till I get to go roaming again.

Neat image, Dave. I'm guessing lily pad, too.

Well folks...Pretty hard to fool this group. It is a waterlily but a giant one. i believe it's called Victoria.
Julie, Whenever you can do it I'm sure a bunch of us would be happy to take you there. Other things to do in the area also..Wyeth Museum and Winterthur(Dupont mansion) Wilmington only 25 min away...
