Captured today at Anhinga Trail (good name for the place:cool: ) This is the most animated anhinga I have ever seen Did the open mouth behavior six or seven time in under forty minutes .... and took its time every time Sure wish it was a better looking bird

Al, this is a big winner! i love the very active pose, beautiful light and background, and such a strong composition with the curve in the neck. This is certainly the species to see and photograph at Anhinga Trail right now...kind of low numbers for many of the other species. Well done!
