    perfect by all means. might try to blur the OOF vegetation in the BG a bit more, the full down wing position stands out here!

    Perfect HA , nice BG , splash of water, wing postion , position of fish in beak bang on exposure , amazing IQ, slight ripples in water in FG,

    You nailed this one Gerrie. That 600 makes a difference with these shots, as the PK,s always decide to fish away from the hide. Flying towards you makes this even better. Well timed and captured.

    Pretty cool capture, the angle and eye contact and fish put this one over the top for me. I would only tone down the whites and sharpen a bit less since it brought out some noise in the plumage.

    I've never seen a Kingfisher image like this one, and I must say that you nailed it. Perfect eye contact, dynamic wing position, great DOF and sharpness, and of course the fish. You could tone down the whites but everything else is perfect!
