    Question

Right click the image on your website you want to link, then copy the URL for that image. In the posting window there is a little square icon that looks like a yellow box with a couple of gray mountain peaks. Click that as that is your IMAGE LINK tool. Then a window pops up and you need to paste your URL and even before you preview, or submit post, the image should show.
It worked for me with this image of yours, however, not sure if this is what you wanted to link?

Welcome to BPN, Todd! I fixed your link, Akos gave the right information how to post an image.

Very nice first post! I like the takeoff pose and eye contact. If it were mine I would give it a bit more room at the top and right to get the bird out of the center. The sky has a slight color cast and there are artifacts around the edges of the bird. Keep them coming!

Welcome BTW and a ripper first image. I agree about it being a little centered. I would always try to leave a little room ahead of the subject for it to move 'into'. :)

Welcome to BPN. It is the right place to be. Nice first post. Like the pose of the bird and the environment. Agree with the cropping suggestions of the others. Looking forward to see more posts from you.

Welcome to BPN Todd! The pose and head angle really work nicely here...but agree that a little more room in the frame for the eagle to take flight would be beneficial. Please to have you here and look forward to more of your photography.

Welcome to BPN Todd. I like the take off pose, and a little room top and right would work.

Welcome Todd! Eagles are one of my favorite subjects, and you've done a nice job with this one. I like the rocky perch. The bird feels a little tight in the frame, and I see a slight color cast in the sky. I also see a slight halo around the bird and some strange artifacts. When posting images please take advantage of our maximum pixel dimensions of 1024 wide or 800 tall. Again, welcome!

Thanks everyone for the input. That is the full image so I can't re-crop much, I could take some off the bottom and left to give it the feel of more room on the right but that will make it even tighter overall. The artifacts aren't in the original which is a 4200 X 2800 RAW file, so probably from linking to too small a file. I'll try some adjustments and re-post. I really appreciate the critiques, I'm looking forward to learning alot here.
