    Default Hibiscus

    40D, EF 100mm f2.8 Macro
    f/13
    1/50 sec
    ISO 400
    Manual mode, tripod.

Liked the shapes and colors inside this hibiscus flower.
Tried something different -without stamens in the frame and the staminal column gradually oof.
Any comments and suggestions are welcome.

    Hi Ovidiu,
I like the composition and capture, the center of your flower is placed just right in frame. I like the texture and the soft flowing lines of the petals...my recommendation would be to boost the saturation and contrast just a little, to make your beautiful lady come alive...

Ovidiu, this is beautiful! I also love the lines radiating out from the center and I like the placement. Great job!

Gus and Alfred already said it, a bit more contrast to this already lovely shot would improve it. Beautifully composed.

Hi! Saturation looks fine to me! I think I would try darkening the edges all the way around to pull the eye inward toward the center of your beautiful composition. Well done!
