    Hi Rick, The exposure and sharpness look good to me. Head angle is also pleasing. I like the inclusion of the habitat. I might take a bit off the bottom and some off the left (our left).

    Nicely done Rick. I really like the nice soft colours and feel to the photo. I might try cropping out the sand altogether and adding a bit more contrast to the bird, something to try and get a bit more separation between bird and bg. I like the grass and rock and pose of the bird. Dave

    Nice image Rick! I don't know when you took this photograph, but I just saw my first two Spotted Sandpipers back down here for the winter...but not in breeding plumage like this. The stretched neck of the sandpiper is really cool...as is the frothy coastal habitat.

    Nice exp. Like habitat also. I would like it tighter though. A bit from left and below sounds good to me. :)
