This is my first posting in two weeks and did not want to miss out on the "animal gone wild" theme. I used a base image of a pelican coming on to land on small patch of rock with other pelicans looking at it. Then used multiple Canada goslings that i captured earlier this year. I borrowed the idea of sailor hat and the pant from Disney's "pelican and the snipe". Hope you like it.

Indranil, I was getting worried about you. I haven't seen you post. I guess you were working on this beauty!! I love it-really nice PS work!! It's sooooo adorable!! I see a fine line about 3/4 up the image I would blend a bit. This is VERY CREATIVE!

Denise, Akos, thanks a lot. I have just been way too busy with office work. Yesterday was the first day in two weeks I could go out in the morning as well as work on this one. I used the two color gradient tool for the background. Interestingly the original psd does not have that artifact. I guess saving it for web was creating those bands. I have tried to blend that in the final jpeg output and here is the repost...

what a fun image....so creative, as it has a little story embedded, actually one can come up with
quite a few little stories from this one.
