    Made this image as the bird was launching off a branch. Used PS to remove branch pieces.

    40D, 300mm f/4L IS, ISO 800, 1/6400 @ f/5.6, HH

    Great sharpness, exposure and action. Could perhaps use some more space to the left and bottom. JR

    This is no easy feat, so well done for capturing a very quick flyer. Sharp where it counts, and I like the light on the head.

    WOW. That is a great moment captured. Even at 1/6400 there is wing movement.

    I have tried a shot similar to this with Martins and know how hard it is to get a good sharp image so much respect for this capture Roger. Congrats on executing this so well.
